Smart Start installs can usually be scheduled within just a few days. Let us help you get back on the road safely.
For installations and uninstallations, please schedule an appointment through the Smart Start system. If you are having problems, please call us directly.
For lockouts and calibrations, no appointment is necessary. Calibrations usually take about 15 minutes, but when we're busy, a line can form up.
If your head unit displays SLOCK@2d or SVcLock48hr, this means you are in service grace period countdown and have 2 days before you are locked out.
If your head unit displays LOCKOUT SRVC, this means you have missed your service appointment. Call (800) 831-3299 to obtain a one-time unlock code.
If your head unit is displaying VLOCK@2d or ViolLck48hr, it means you are in your violation grace period and have 2 days remaining before you are locked out.
If your head unit is displaying LOCKOUT VIOL, it means you have lost all your points and have exceeded the violation grace period. Call (800) 831-3299 to obtain a one time unlock code.
